I had a tear in the sidewall of my front tire on my 2013 Terrain Denali so I called Valentine Buick. Valentine Buick service depatment told me to bring it in and let them see what could be done. I took my car there, and I was told it needed to be replaced, because it wasn't repairable. I had purchased road hazard insurance at the time I purchased my vehicle from Valentine Buick. Valentine Buick contacted the insurance company for me and got the authorization to replce the tire at no cost to me. I was pleased I didn't have to go through the process of filing the claim. Valentine Buick didn't have a tire in stock, so they called around and found one. Valentine Buick had to go pick it up from another dealership. They offered to take me home and come pick me up when the repairs were done, but I decided to just wait for the repairs to be completed. I didn't take very long for all this to be done, and all of the employees were very courtious and helpfull. I would definately refer anyone to do business with Valentine Buick. I brought my Enclave in because it was leaking coolant and the paint on the hood was starting to bubble. Sue in the service department got the car scheduled for that morning and the body shop scheduled the car for a repaint of the hood the next day. The service department even arranged for a loaner vehicle (a nicely equipped 2013 Regal- a fair trade for my Enclave) while the body shop repaints the hood.
